W. Grant Braly, M.D., (pronounced "Brawley"), is noted for his work in the orthopedic foot and ankle subspecialty. Dr. Braly holds staff positions at Texas Orthopedic Hospital, The Methodist Hospital, St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital, Kindred Hospital and Select Specialty Hospital. His professional appointments include:

Dr. Braly serves on the faculty of Baylor College of Medicine as Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Braly has numerous academic productions to his credit, including originally-generated professional papers as well as meeting and symposium presentations, and has participated in television news features on preventive medicine. He is also a faculty member of a foot and ankle fellowship, The Foundation for Orthopaedic Athletic and Reconstructive Research, affiliated with the Department of Orthopedic Surgery, University of Texas Medical School at Houston.

A native Texan, Dr. Braly graduated magna cum laude from Houston's Memorial High School, and received his B.A. degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He was awarded the Herman A. Barnett, M.D. Award for Anesthesiology and Surgery, elected into the Mu Delta Honor Service Fraternity, and served as secretary- treasurer for the senior class of The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, where he received his M.D. degree. He completed his internship in diversified surgery at Presbyterian Medical Center in Denver; his residency in orthopedic surgery at Baylor College of Medicine; and his fellowship training in Surgery of the Foot and Ankle at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
He has been selected as one of the "Top Doctors" in Harris County in 2000 and 2001 by Inside Houston magazine, "Super Doctors" in 2008 by Texas Monthly and "Top Doc" in Houston in 2009 by H Texas magazine.
