Joseph O. Muscat, IV, M.D., is an orthopedic surgeon practicing general orthopedics at our Humble/Kingwood location.


Dr. Muscat received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M, and received his M.D. from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Dr. Muscat has been specializing in the Kingwood/Humble area since 1995. He currently works with Kingwood/Humble/Atascocita, New Caney, and Splendora School Districts as their sports physician.
