Mark E. Franklin, M.D., is a general orthopedic surgeon with a special interest in arthroscopic and adult reconstructive surgery.
A native
of Texas, Dr. Franklin attended Texas A&I University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. His Medical Doctorate was received from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. He
continued on at the University of Texas to complete both an internship in
general surgery and an orthopedic surgical residency. As Chief Resident, he was
awarded the Resident Scholarship Award.
