Kelly W. Blevins, M.D., practices general orthopedic surgery with a special interest in joint replacement surgery, sports related injuries and foot and ankle disorders.

Dr. Blevins is a native Texan. He graduated with honors from Cooper High School in Abilene, Texas. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Texas A&M University. Dr. Blevins then received his Medical Doctorate from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston Medical School. After an internship in General Surgery at the University of Texas / Memorial Hermann System Hospitals, he completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He served as chief resident of the Memorial Hermann and Lyndon Baines Johnson Hospitals. Following his residency training, Dr. Blevins was awarded a fellowship in foot and ankle reconstruction at the American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham, Alabama. Dr. Blevins is affiliated with Memorial Hermann - The Woodlands Hospital, Texas Orthopedic Hospital, and St. Luke's Community Medical Center - The Woodlands. He served as Chairman of Surgery at Memorial Hermann - The Woodlands Hospital.
