Peggy Pierce joined Fondren Orthopedic Group L.L.P. in 1989, and has been Administrator since 1993. Ms. Pierce worked in public accounting at a Houston Certified Public Accounting firm for 10 years prior to her association with Fondren Orthopedic Group L.L.P.

 Ms. Pierce played an instrumental role in the development of Texas Orthopedic Hospital, which opened in 1994.  As one of the only specialty orthopedic hospitals in the country, she continues to play a significant role in its successful operations today.

 Ms. Pierce has a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Houston, and is a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE).    She has co-authored and published numerous articles that deal with the business side of orthopedics.  Her four latest articles have been published by the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery.

 Ms. Pierce has spoken at state, national and international conferences about the business of orthopedics.
