How to Prepare for Your First Visit

When you visit our Sugar Land location for orthopedic care for the first time, be sure to bring along your state-issued identification or driver’s license as well as your health insurance card. You can also bring the contact information of your referencing provider and any radiology images, medical reports and readings related to your reason for visiting. We bill insurance providers directly for patients with accepted medical insurance. Alternatively, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, checks and cash payments. Some of our physicians also participate in Medicare and Medicaid networks.
