Hussein A. Elkousy, M.D.

Dr. Elkousy is a board certified orthopedic surgeon with subspecialty certification in sports medicine. His particular interests and skills are in managing injuries of the shoulder, knee, and proximal hamstring ruptures.

He manages many different types of knee injuries including knee ligament tears, fractures, and cartilage injuries. He performs many complex knee procedures including ACL and PCL reconstruction, management of knee dislocations, high tibial osteotomies, microfracture, OATS, ACI, tibial tubercle osteotomy, and meniscal repair.

He manages many different types of shoulder injuries including tendon tears, shoulder dislocations, and arthritis. He performs many complex shoulder procedures including arthroscopic rotator cuff repairs, labral repairs for instability, latarjet procedures, pectoralis major repairs, total shoulder replacement, and reverse total shoulder replacement.
